Terms of Service

1. Who we are. Groovie is operated by Gooverio Labs LLC ("Groovie," "we," "us"). These terms cover the Groovie consumer listening service (groovie.live/listen), the business music service (business.groovie.live), and the broadcast platform (broadcast.groovie.live) — together, "the Service."

2. Using the Service. You may listen as a guest without an account. Some features require an account; you're responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be able to form a binding contract to hold a business or broadcast account.

3. Our content. The music, shows, jingles, voices, and other audio Groovie produces are owned by or licensed to Gooverio Labs LLC. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to stream them through the Service. Business subscribers may play their Groovie station in their venue(s) as covered by their plan. You may not redistribute, resell, re-broadcast, or extract our audio outside the Service without written permission.

4. Your content. Content you upload or create through the Service — announcements, jingles, ad audio, shout-out text, show material — remains yours. By submitting it you grant us the license needed to store, process, convert, and stream it through the Service on your behalf. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, and for what your announcements and ads say. We may remove content that is unlawful, infringing, or abusive.

5. Acceptable use. Don't use the Service to broadcast unlawful, infringing, hateful, or deceptive content; don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; don't abuse rate limits or generation features (including shout-outs) in ways that degrade the Service for others.

6. Subscriptions and billing. Parts of the Service are currently offered free while in our launch phase. When paid plans are active, pricing, billing terms, and cancellation will be presented at purchase and will form part of these terms. We'll give notice before a free feature becomes paid.

7. Availability. We work hard to keep stations on-air, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee uninterrupted streaming and may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Disclaimers and liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gooverio Labs LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing).

9. Termination. You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

10. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA. Questions: hello@groovie.live.
